Dear,

I understand your concern. Sore stomach with average appetite, throat discomfort, nausea and airways involvement at age of 25 is likely a gastric discomfort like dyspepsia, acid reflux or gastritis. The treatment is same for all three.

Take some antacids, modify diet and lifestyle, eat small frequent meals, use more fiber and fluids, avoid triggers like alcohol, soda, caffeine, sweets, chocolates, dairy products, processed and canned foots, fatty foods etc. More fiber and fluids with peppermint and yogurt will help the bowel symptoms. Take some over the counter anti emetic for the nausea and use some antacid with pepto for two weeks.

Slight modifications and precautions will fix the issue. If the problems persist, get evaluated for irritable bowel syndrome.
