Dear Ssss,
Bleeding during defecation is probably due to dislodgement of clots.
During defecation, intra abdominal pressure increases which force the clot to flow causing heavy bleeding.
It can’t be an implantation bleeding, which does not look like a regular menstrual period. Implantation bleeding is scanty and usually pink or brownish discharge. Implantation bleeding normally occurs a week to a few days before your period would normally start.
Wait until your next periods and check the flow. If it still persists, then I would request you to consult an OB/GYN and have appropriate treatment.
If your periods turn back to normal, then there is no reason to worry about!!
